description: Wonderful well crystallized deep green botryoidal olivenite throughout a 9.0 x 3.5 x 3.5 cm quartz rich Brett matrix. A second-generation of needlelike olivenite crystals to 1.0 cm is present as well. Sits perfectly by itself for display and in outstanding condition. Previous label from well-known American mineralogist Mark Bandy. I really like this one, I think outstanding for the species. Ex Ed Raines collection.
