location:
Picher Field, Tri-State district, Oklahoma, USA
description:
This is a really fine old time specimen pre-1970. Bright lustrous cubic crystals of galena measuring to 2.0 cm in size across the front of this chert matrix. This is in great condition. The crystals exhibit the smaller modified crystals typical of the mining district. This one is much more lustrous than most from here.
Size: 10.0 x 7.0 x 3.0 cm (cabinet)
