description:
With colorless scalenohedral crystals of calcite slightly translucent and showing internal phantom crystals measuring to 3.5 cm in length scattered over the top of this crystalline pyrite matrix. Very minimal cleaving present, still in good condition I think. Comes with a neat old label from the British Museum. Also previous label from noted dealer Scott Williams. This locality is normally known for its outstanding bournonite specimens, good calcite is not often seen available on the market.
