A loose cluster of sharp translucent lustrous rhombohedral calcite crystals. No points of attachment, this is complete all around and in great condition. This is from an ancient iron manganese mine, the pocket was dug in 1965. The locality was eventually abandoned in 1966. These are seldom seen available on the market today. Slightly red fluorescent under longwave ultraviolet light.
